Policies and Procedures
Late Arrivals
To respect both the client and myself, I ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive more than fifteen minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will be imposed a $10 fee. Clients arriving more than thirty minutes late will forfeit their original appointment and have to reschedule.
Late Cancelations
Emergencies happen. However, if you need to cancel your appointment, I ask that you notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment. If your booking is on the same day, notify me at least three hours in advance. Cancelations that break these rules will cause a $20 fee added to your next appointment.
No Shows
If you miss your appointment on more than two occasions, you will be imposed with a fee of 25% of the missed service, and you will be required to pay a deposit when making a future appointment.
Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let me know before leaving the salon or within 24 hours after the service. I am committed to giving you the highest service experience by making any needed corrections.
Healthy History
Please notify me if you are allergic to any products used in the salon environment for your safety and comfort. In addition, if you experience any discomfort or any symptoms during your service treatment, please alert the service provider IMMEDIATELY.
Right To Refuse Service
Jenew Stylez has the right to refuse service if you are intoxicated, behaving improperly, or if the state of your health is in a condition that may influence the outcome of any service being rendered.
Pet Policy
